Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New paid subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process it within 2 business days.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid ListTrim plan (Starter or Pro) for the first time and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers the first subscription payment only.

To claim your refund, email support@listtrim.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process your refund within 2 business days and you will see the funds returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

2. Renewals and Recurring Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund under the money-back guarantee. If you did not intend to renew, you should cancel before the renewal date (visible on the Settings page).

We understand that charges can sometimes be overlooked. If a renewal was processed and you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal date, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee a refund for renewal charges but we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

3. Plan Changes

Upgrading from Starter to Pro takes effect immediately. The difference in price is charged pro-rata for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrading from Pro to Starter takes effect at the next renewal date; we do not provide partial refunds for unused Pro days.

4. Annual Plans

ListTrim currently offers monthly billing only. If annual billing is introduced in the future, specific refund terms for annual plans will be published here before annual plans go on sale.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not immediately end your access — you keep full access until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days after cancellation.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan costs nothing. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are a small team and we genuinely want to make things right.

8. Payments Processed by Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
